Why are there multiple shipping costs and how long does shipping take?

As some items are made to order they will be shipping from various suppliers and can arrive different times. This also means there can be multiple postage fees. 

Average shipping times: USA 3-7 business days / International 5-21 business days. Once tracking has been send for updates to come visible can take up to 2 business days.

How can I track my package? 

All items come with tracking that is send to you once product has been produced and is ready to ship. Please give up to 14 business days for product production and tracking to be generated.

Can I buy items in person?

Currently all items are sold online.

Can I return items?

Unfortunately not at this point. All items are produced print on demand. For apparel please see size table to ensure right fit.

What should I do if I need to contact you for help?

Your order confirmation will have contact link. Please include your name, confirmation number and what item you are having difficulty with.

If I am coming the get tattooed by you can I receive the item in person?

At this point no as items ship from alternative location directly to customers.
